Does a Zap fire on a form that takes payment?

Yes, but only once the payment clears. A paid form records the response as pending while the respondent is on the checkout page, and it becomes a real response when the payment confirms. Firing earlier would push every abandoned checkout into your Zap.

What happens if my Zap is turned off?

Zapier tells us to unsubscribe and we stop sending. If that message is ever missed, the next delivery gets a 'gone' response back from Zapier and the subscription removes itself. Either way nothing queues up and nothing is lost — the responses are still in your dashboard.

Can one Zap watch every form I have?

Yes. Leave the Form field empty in the trigger and it fires for every form on your account, including ones you create later. Pick a form to narrow it.

Two of my fields have the same label. What happens?

Zapier lists answers by field label, so the second one appears with a number after it — 'Name' and 'Name (2)', in field order. Nothing is dropped. Renaming one in the builder is still worth doing, because the Zapier field name changes with it.

Revoke the Zapier token in Settings → API tokens. Every Zap using it stops immediately and Zapier will prompt you to reconnect. Your MCP connector and Slack app are separate tokens and are unaffected.

Connecting your account

In Zapier, create a Zap and search for Deooch Forms.
Choose the New Submission trigger and click Sign in.
Log in to Deooch Forms and approve the connection. You will land back in Zapier with your email shown as the connected account.
Pick which form should trigger the Zap — or leave it empty for any form on your account.

Approving creates an API token named Zapier, visible at Settings → API tokens. It is separate from the tokens your MCP connector or Slack app use, so revoking one never affects the others.

Testing the trigger

Zapier's Test trigger step pulls your most recent responses so you can map fields against real data. A form nobody has filled in yet returns a realistic sample instead, so you can build the whole Zap before the form goes live — which is usually the order you want to work in.

What each response contains

Answers arrive keyed by your field labels, so a Zap step shows Email and Message rather than internal ids. Values are formatted exactly as they appear in your CSV and Excel exports — a ranking arrives numbered, an address arrives on one line — so a spreadsheet built by a Zap matches one you downloaded.
