About this template
A headcount that lives in a group chat is a headcount nobody trusts. This form asks each guest whether they are coming, how many people they are bringing, and what they cannot eat.
It stays short on purpose. Anything longer than one screen and people leave it for later, which where parties are concerned means never.
Add a question about what people will bring if the event is a potluck, and a plus one field if the room has a limit you cannot go past.
