About this template

A shoot quoted from a two line enquiry gets quoted twice. This form asks for the session type, the date, how long is needed, the location, how many people, what the client wants delivered, and how the images will be used.

Usage is the field that sets the price. The same afternoon of work is worth one number for a family album and another for a print campaign, and asking outright at enquiry stage means the licence conversation happens before the invoice does.

Set the budget bands and session types you work in, and add a payment field if you take a booking fee to hold the date.
