About this template
A waitlist is research you get for free, if you ask for it. Alongside the email, this form asks what somebody uses today, what they want the product to solve, how soon they need it, and whether they would test an early version.
The problem field is the one to read before you build anything. Fifty people describing the same frustration in their own words is a roadmap, and it arrives in the language you should be using on the landing page.
Keep it to one screen while you are still collecting volume. Add the company and team size questions once you are picking who to let in first.
