About this template
Deciding a market pitch by email means chasing insurance certificates and guessing at power requirements the week before the event. This form asks for the pitch size, the power supply, and the certificate together, so a pitch plan can be drawn from the submissions rather than from a thread.
Public liability insurance is a required upload, not an optional one, because it is the item that stops an event going ahead if it is missing on the day. The food hygiene field stays optional so non food traders are not blocked by a question that does not apply to them.
Trading dates as a checklist lets you fill quiet days deliberately instead of overbooking the Saturday. Add a pitch fee and a payment field if you charge up front, and ask for a stall photo if you care about how the site looks as a whole.
