Any MCP client
Cursor, Claude Code, or anything else that speaks Model Context Protocol.
What it does
- Six tools: create, update, read and list forms, plus list and read submissions.
- Signs in as you over OAuth, so an assistant only ever sees your own forms.
- Published to the official MCP Registry, so clients that browse it can install us by name.
What you need
A Deooch Forms account and a client that supports remote MCP over HTTP.
How to connect it
- 1
Copy the Deooch Forms MCP URL.
- 2
Add it in your client as a remote MCP server (sometimes called a custom connector).
- 3
Sign in when the browser window opens and approve the connection.
- 4
The connection shows up under Connected apps, and you can revoke it there any time.
