What it does
- Build a form by describing it to the Deooch Forms app in Slack.
- Get a shareable public link posted straight back into the conversation.
- Works from a slash command or a direct message to the app.
What you need
A Deooch Forms account and permission to install apps in your Slack workspace.
How to connect it

Open Settings → Integrations in Deooch Forms and hit Add to Slack.

Pick the workspace and approve the permissions Slack asks for.

Back in Slack, message the app or run /deooch and describe the form you want.

The app replies with the public link — the form is already in your dashboard.
