About this template
Removal quotes are wrong when they are based on bedrooms alone, because the cost of a move is driven by access far more than by volume. Asking which floor each property is on, and whether a van can park at both ends, is what turns a guess into a quote.
The special items checklist exists because a piano, a safe, or a fish tank each change the crew, the equipment, and the insurance. Finding out on the morning of the move is expensive for the firm and stressful for everyone in the house.
Asking whether the date is a fixed completion or merely a preference tells you how much scheduling room you have, which is often the difference between winning the job and losing it. Add a payment field for the deposit once the quote is accepted.
